Thank you for your on-line inquiry/booking! Our team will process this and get back to you the soonest possible time. Meantime, please read below useful information:
 
1. Confirmation - Our team shall send you the availability of requested rooms/dates via email and if you want to proceed, we will send you the Electronic Invoice. To confirm your booking you are required to pay at least 50% of your invoice. 
 
2. Terms and Conditions
  1. Only confirmed/paid bookings will be allowed to check-in at Jafe Resort.
  2. Bring proof of payment to show upon check-in.
  3. Check-in time is 12:30 p.m. and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  4. Request for early Check-in can be accommodated subject to room availability.
  5. Request for full board meals, airport transfers and tours should be sent in advance.
  6. Jafe Resort will not be liable to any flight or boat cancellations to and from Siargao. 
  7. Cancellation Policy:
  • 60 days prior to arrival date - No Charge
  • 45 days prior to arrival date - 15% charge from the total amount
  • 30 days prior to arrival date - 25% charge from the total amount
  • 15 days prior to arrival date - 50% charge from the total amount
  • 7 days prior to arrival date - 75% charge from the total amount
  • 3 days prior to arrivial date - NO SHOW (100% charge)
 
3. Payments - You can pay on-line via PayPal or simply click the Pay button in your invoice. You can also pay via Bank Transfer if you prefer this option. Click HERE to request for Jafe Resort bank details.
